We maintain all our client schedule information in electronic format so that we can easily email you your service confirmations. Once you've emailed us your requested dates, we will enter the service request and email your confirmation to you. We encourage all our clients to review the confirmation information and verify that all dates are correct. If changes are required you can simply email us and we'll update the information.

To help you prepare for your trip we came up with a quick list of things to prepare to help make our visits with your pets run smoothly:

• Make sure to have your pets properly fitted ID tags fastened
• Leave plenty of food and treats
• Leave toys accessible for your pets
• Leave leashes, pee pads, kitty litter, or other supplies in designated area
• Set your thermostat at a temperature that will be comfortable for your pets
• Inform your neighbors or anyone else checking in on your home that Pet Sitters will be visiting the home
• Update us with any Contact Information Numbers, or Security Gate code changes
• Leave additional instructions on the kitchen counter or other designated area, if instructions have changed since our last visit

Please email or call us to let us know that you returned from your trip. If you are going to be returning later than expected, you should email or call us so that we can arrange for the extra visits.
