Professional Loving Pet Care in Your Home

 

For Your Pet:

  • Morning &/or evening feedings

  • Water bowl cleaned & filled

  • Clean up of litter box, bedding, cage, yard, accidents

  • Light brushing

  • Medications, as directed

  • Playtime & exercise

  • Cuddles & conversation

 

Special Services Designed for the busy professional, traveling executive, or spontaneous vacationer:

 

  • For those times when you have to stay late at work or have evening meetings and cannot get home in time to let the dog out, we can provide midday visits
  • For those busy over-scheduled weeks when your pooch is not getting enough attention or exercise, you can contract with us for daily, weekly, or monthly dog walking services.
  •  Pet Taxi services to and from the groomer or veterinarian—Running late but need to drop off the cat for it’s yearly shots, or pick up the dog from the groomer by 6PM and not going to make it there on time?  We can taxi your pet around to and from wherever it needs to go.
  •  Shopping service/pet food delivery--For those times you are unable to make it to the store for supplies or need prescriptions picked up at the vet.

  •  “Always Ready Key Program”—Keep your key on file for ease in making future reservations by phone and to avoid charges for additional trips to pick up or drop off keys.

 

Need to travel and Not a Pet Owner?

  •  We can make regular drop in visits to your home to make sure all is as it should be, bring in mail & packages, wind the grandfather clock, forward mail/messages..  It can be a sorry end to a great trip if you come home to the mess or expense of damage caused by broken pipes, fallen trees, dead plants, a spa that is not filtering daily. 

  • We are not a security or home protection company but we can and do provide many of these services to our pet sitting clients and can provide them for you as well.  Often a home that has normal activity occurring deters crime.  We can act as a contact person for you when you are away if there is an attempt to break in and the alarm is tripped.

 

Get Acquainted Interview CheckList—

Having these Items Ready will Speed UP the Interview and Registration Process:

 

  • Your Travel Itinerary
  • Contact numbers where you can be reached
  • Emergency contact numbers for neighbor, friend, and relative
  • Veterinarian Numbers (we will have you sign a release for emergency care if required in your absence)
  • Knowledge of any other persons with access to your home during our service dates
  • Specifics of any care your pet requires, including feeding routines
  • Two keys (for the sitter & office back-up copy), codes, and necessary instructions to secure your home
  • Verification that all vaccinations & licenses required by the State of CA and/or locality are current.
  • Location of food, collars, leashes, treats, toys, clean-up supplies needed for your pets and property.

 

 

For Your Home

  • Mail, newspaper, packages brought in

  • Light plant watering

  • Lights, radio, window coverings altered

  • Trash cans taken out & brought in

  • Maintain a “lived-in look

Rates Based On:

  • Time Required
  • Number of Pets
  • Quantity of Services to be Performed
  • Average rates start at $18 per half-hour
  • Professional experience and credentials—We take this seriously—Using a professional pet sitter is not in the same league as hiring a hobby-sitter or a child!

 

Reservations:

  •  A complimentary “Get Acquainted” Interview is always scheduled for clients using our service for the first time.  We will meet with you to discuss your pet’s requirements & routines, get to know your pet, and together, develop a schedule that fits your needs.  Please allow at least 45-60 minutes for this visit.

  • Please schedule at least 10 days prior to your departure to allow for your appointment, longer if near a major holiday.  A non-refundable deposit is required to hold service dates that include major holidays
